So interesting how every client wants social media and yet are afraid to start. I ponder on this thought? I ask myself what is the value? How do you measure ROI?
The WSJ on Monday said that companies can now find out about their customers online. What can you find exactly and how do you communicate this back to them. I see the value as I am dabbling in social media on a daily basis and it is a great way to stay in touch.

heat
Air was out at work today and we couldn't handle the heat & humidty.
I went shopping for a bathing suit, very cute ones at Belks at Phipps.
My husband is at Sweetwater with some friends and I can't go as I am still too hot.
So happy it is Friday and the summer.

It is Friday
Even though it was a short week, it still feels like it has been a long one. I have a busy day today and am excited to possibly earn a new client account. Social media is all this prospect is interested in and I find myself pondering about how only five short years ago in Graduate school that this was even't discussed. Now social media has consumed the PR field. Life changes.
The humidity in Atlanta has been awful and I hope during my 10-mile run tomorrow morning will be less harsh than last night's run. Oh my we were all so hot.
