So interesting how every client wants social media and yet are afraid to start. I ponder on this thought? I ask myself what is the value? How do you measure ROI?
The WSJ on Monday said that companies can now find out about their customers online. What can you find exactly and how do you communicate this back to them. I see the value as I am dabbling in social media on a daily basis and it is a great way to stay in touch.
